At GQ Flooring, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of the purchase date. No exceptions will be made beyond this period.
- All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- Products must be in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging. Opened or damaged boxes will not be accepted for return.
- Special orders and custom orders are non-refundable. These include any items specifically ordered at the customer’s request that are not part of our regular stock.
- All transitions, including reducers, thresholds, and stair nosings, are non-refundable.
Return Process
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns must be dropped off at one of our designated locations. The pickup location and further instructions will be provided in your order confirmation email.
- Returned items will be inspected before a refund is processed. If the item does not meet our return criteria, the return will be denied.
Refunds
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, minus the restocking fee.
- Any shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.

- Any disputes regarding returns will be subject to the jurisdiction of British Columbia laws.
